Web Development: Theta Nu Xi National Website

In 2011, I volunteered in a website redesign committee for Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. I collaborated with other committee members on the new design, site content, and style of the new website. We went through certain aspects of the old site that were missing, outdated or needed to be revised. The previous website was a dark blue and purple color scheme as opposed to carolina blue and lavender (the organization's official colors).

It was decided that the new website should have an open and light feel, include an interactive map, and information for family, friends and school administrators. After the Photoshop layout design was approved, I developed the website template using PHP on a test server. The completed site, which also features the new sorority logo (the butterfly with Carolina blue wings), can be see at ThetaNuXi.org
